Slod1ve, 17 Jan 2023Phone goes epileptic when auto-upgrades: ....lose contacts......layout changes..... also prob... moreyou have t-mobile I assume, the firmware update"s from them are manipulated to do mal-stuff. wear down batt by starting apps in background, taking data and files (also in background, without your knowledge). changing settings to thier advantage, etc. all without your consent or awareness. t-mobile doesn't care. don't trust them....

I have been using this phone for 2 years.It lags often thanks to mediatek p35.Imagine that I have to tolerate and use this phone for the another two years.Tears came out from my eye.😭

had this phone for 12 months that's 12 months to many it's the biggest load of rubbish I've ever had it's no wonder carphone warhorse couldn't sell it to me quick enough my advice on this phone is give it a wide birth

I don't know about the other users' complaints, but my A12 has become really adorable. It's fast, it's pretty (but also chubby). And yes, I have unintentionally dropped it a couple of times, but it's still working!

recently I updated android version this phone. now any call is coming , some times ring is coming but on screen is not showing anything. even off the Data also. as may be its WhatsApp call. but phone is continue ringing. on Flight mode also. after restart the phone its working normal. & caller name is showing on screen.. pls help me what will be the cause for it. its Frustating !!

Worst phone i have ever used in samsung series .

Do not waste money on this. My Galaxy S5 was better than this. A12 is incredibly flimsy, and can barely pick up wifi from 15-20 feet away (that my S5 had no issue with in the same spot) and gets horrible web data performance once it's out of wifi range (again, in the exact same places my ancient, falling-apart older phone was fine in).
