Samsung Galaxy A15 5G listed by Walmart with $139 price, full specs are out

The Samsung Galaxy A15 has been leaking a lot lately, both in its 4G and its 5G attires. But a leak is one thing - a full-on listing by a reputable retailer is quite another. And yet, that's exactly what we're dealing with today, as Walmart has listed the Galaxy A15 5G for Boost Mobile on its website, full specs and all (although it's not in stock yet).

Not just that, but there's a price too: $139. For that amount of cash, you're getting a 5G-capable device (of course) with 128GB of storage in "Blue Black", and that seems to be the only colorway on offer.

The phone has a 6.5-inch 1080p screen, a MediaTek SoC, 4GB of RAM, a 50 MP main rear camera, a 13 MP selfie camera, and a 5,000 mAh battery. Those are all the specs we get from Walmart, but they're the most important ones (aside from which exact MediaTek chipset is being used - previous leaks talked about the Dimensity 6100+).

According to a rumor from just a few days ago, the A15 5G was supposed to retail for about $149. Looks like Walmart and Boost Mobile thought that was just about $10 too steep.

The ball is now clearly in Samsung's court. Hopefully the Korean company will make the A15 5G official soon.

The hyperbolic and highly vocal, connoiseur minority on GSM might care, but most people who buy phones do not. The phone is new, it looks good and has a good price, and it has the storage size I require. I'll buy it. This is how most p...

agreed, except when it comes to software support which is almost non existent with TCL and where it happens more than once that you are confronted with bugs in their launcher with little to no chance of a bugfix coming (as a result of the poor suppor...

Same here. And besides, even if you are able to spend 300 or more dollars, euros, whatever... it doesn't mean that it is necessary to spend more. What is garbage to one is gold to another and quite frankly when I think about the A14 5G and what ...
