I purchased the phone through Consumer Cellular. As a Senior it does great. I live in a ATT primary Cell area and it links up well with my Spectrum-Netgear Router Combo..
I'm not as tech savy as some so since I mostly do non gaming or multiple contact texting,
It is way better than it's now obsolete predecessor (sp?).
Lindo, 11 Aug 2020I updated the software and when it restarted it never went on again. Moreover, I forced restar... moreyou face OS crash and you shuold go to service center or a place to do instal official ROM on your device and it wi work agin in gods well
I discovered the Samsung A20 when I was searching for a new phone since I needed a replacement. It was appealing as the price it had was not too high but the phone itself was not low quality. I got the phone last year and to this day I'm still using it. I use this phone for multiple purposes but mostly to stay in contact with others and social media. The phone is easy to carry and will probably first in your hand. It's about as big as your hand and has a nice wide screen to help you see without any interruptions.
This phone has many strengths from its other phone counter types. The first thing I'd like to mention is how fast it charges. If your phone battery is low and needs a quick charge just plug it in without touching it then boom it's already at 50%. Alongside its quick charge it also has pretty decent battery life it's a perfect balance then again there's also the factor of how much you use your phone. Its screen is crystal clear and you'll be able to look at high definition pictures with it. You wont need a better phone to browse Instagram. Its ability to take pictures should not be underestimated either. From front facing camera to selfie facing camera the pictures come out great!
This phone sounds perfect but everything has flaws and this phone is no exception. One glaring problem is that during regular phone calls the battery life on your phone seems to melt away. Which during long phone calls can get annoying at times. The final thing I can think of isn't much of a problem but more of an annoyance. If you're on a phone call while your phone is charging it will severely slow down the charging on your phone.
Overall this phone is pretty good. I definitely rate it a 9/10 sure it has some flaws but the good really outweighs the bad here.
Galaxy a series low conectivity.i have a 20 poor conectivty every time
A20 is the best in this price as compare with other phones, battery is reasonable, graphics best but camera and ram is lower than other phones.
I'm using this phone for like a year but for me no problems at all. I have call recorder, good camera, no glitches but this phone is little bit slow and you won't see the difference between a20 and some other midrange phones. I'm a heavy user like playing pubg and using internet and the battery life is enough for a day for me. Good phone, good brand. Keep it up Samsung
This is the worst phone o ever had the screen flashing and goes out and looks like it it brakes when your strolling I would say go with a different phone if you can
Best phone yea right i had this for 11 mouth now in it just now glitch on me. It not even working at this point you are saying best phone now but it not work a phone shouldn't be glitch it be working.
It's slow and my keylad doesn't register inputs properly. It keeps pushing random letters
how do i fix my a20 it crashed amd won't turn on it still vibrates i already tried force restart it nut it wont turn on
How can I find out if someone spy or pin my phone's location/info/data
I switched from an LG to a Samsung A20. Every thing takes several more clicks to accomplish on the A20. Sending a photo in a text, sending a photo in an email, using Google Duo, finding ways to delete ads and pops up galore........this is not a consumer friendly phone. It is a vehicle to advertise unwanted products, services and opinions to the unwary. The Help option must be for phones other than the A 20, because the directions all assume icons that are not anywhere to be found on the A20. This is not a phone for people who have something more imortant to do than click, click, click. click
decent cheap phone. the more you pay for a phone does not insure a better quality experience. the smartphone industry has become a user-experience nightmare. with every new version of android comes more frequent updates, it seems like all this phone ever does is update. now the service carriers have even started the bombardment of relentless updating. update sansung then metro has one immediately following theirs. I have yet to see an update make a notable performance improvement. manufacturers and carriers are so busy basturdizing o. s. code it breaks a lot of functionality. it all has to do with them being in control of how you use your device. so what if I dont want to update. I should have the choice in the matter. screw android 9,10,11 and up. I still have an old zte running 4.4.2 and it works well without all the brewha over updating.
