Ultimatum, 28 Feb 2021For users of this Samsung A20, do you have screen burns or overheating issues?I knew nothing about screen-burn until I started searching online why my galaxy A20 is gradually getting blind. No blue and green colours again. I strain my eyes to read and reply text. The worst in my pile of Convid-19 injuries.

I have the version shipped from Straight Talk, which comes loaded with (or updated to) One UI 2.0 and Android 10. For the most part, it's a fully featured phone for a budget price, but you're not getting a buttery smooth flagship experience from the Galaxy A20.
+Camera quality is excellent in good light conditions considering the low price
+Display is beautiful, has blue light filtering, excellent for watching videos
+Battery life is excellent, especially when using battery saving mode
-3GBs of RAM is easily used up by background processes. The Pixel 4a achieves a smooth experience with 6GBs of RAM. The Galaxy A20 gets overwhelmed easily with hungry processes like Android Auto, Google Maps, Spotify, and switching between 3-5 apps.
-I have a lot of trouble typing accurately with this phone. I use Gboard and far too often I see my thumb touch a letter, but the one beside it is selected instead. There's also the issue of the phone's laggy overall performance causing issues with copy/paste and typing accuracy. I'm a 100wpm-typing network engineer and I'll be shredding the keyboard on this phone only for it to suddenly open the emojis or accidentally minimize the application.
This is the major knock I have against this phone. I spend a lot of time waiting for applications to launch and become usable and correcting typing mistakes, which is made worse by the laggy overall performance.
For $179 (Wal-Mart), it's a good phone. For someone like me who hates waiting on a computer to catch up to what I need to do, it's just kind of frustrating to use.

I love the phone, always representing.
The battery is the best of the phones I've ever used, even with cracks on the screen, it's still working perfectly.

Ive been using this device for over 3yrs now and still this device is a fire I can play CALL of duty mobile and mobile legends this phone is very good for the price, still i wondering why they stop re making it because its a good phone.

This device is just super cool
Since I started using mine I have had no single problem infact it's the opposite every is near perfect for it's price

I decided to give my honest opinion about this phone - Samsung A20
I bought this phone in July 2019. It's been 2 years now and I don't find any problem with the amount that I paid for this phone. I love the durability, my phone has the case and screen protector on it but still, I put my phone down plenty of times but nothing happened to it. Not even one scratch yet on the phone. Totally satisfied with this
PROS:
1) Love the Durability
2) Charge stays for long
3) Daylight photographs turn amazing
4) Good screen for the price
5) 3 years of Android OS update - One UI 1, One UI 2, One UI 3
CONS:
1) Night-time photos are bad
2) 32GB storage
3) I don't know whether it's only for my device. When I watch videos from Samsung internet, my phone heats and lags. Otherwise, it never lags or heats

I've had the phone for a year and a half and have zero problems. Great phone for the price. I've also dropped it about 400 times and still running like a champ. Samsuny

All of the specs on EVERY site DO NOT show that this model does NOT support 5ghz. Only works with 2.4ghz Wi-Fi. Appears to be left out on purpose from the "details." Typical marketing by the shady dealers. I'll pass. Won't do business with Samsung ever again.

For the past few days, I notice this phone supports 1080p resolution on YT despite A20 is only 720p. Before, I know it does not. I hope I am not the only one who notice this.

I just got this phone recently at a huge discount, and it is phenomenal. Coming from a j7 sky pro, this is miles better. The camera on this is really quite decent, especially given the price. No problems with connectivity. The battery is huge and could easily last 1.5-2 days st 75% brightness. I haven't had this phone long enough to notice any degredation in the battery, but I am also being super careful about overcharging it as well. Speaking of charging, it charges super fast (around about 1.5 hours with the included 15w charger). The screen is beautiful, being an AMOLED screen and all, although if you really stick your face up onto your screen, you might notice the 720p resolution a bit more.

It's a horrible phone, it will randomly lose service and internet for 1 min to 2. Then come back online. Note: I was way laying in bed and didn't move. It also freezes offen. I do not recommend this phone to anyone.

Bought mine in Sep 19, such a great device i got for a discounted price at 145 USD. Recently started playing PUBG on it & it works perfectly fine. It's not a flagship phone or gaming phone but the performance on gaming is excellent. I had to give my feedback as the comments here seem very strange to me.
