I purchased my A20 thru my carrier Boost Mobile in February for 120.00 & based on my needs, it's an excellent phone as long as you realize that the Galaxy J & A series unlike the S & Note series are not flagship phones, so don't expect the bells & whistles of a flagship phone. When you consider the price performance ratio, it's a no brainer. Yes it doesn't have 8 gigs of ram, a snapdragon processor, 4k video, but how many budget friendly phones for 120.00 have super amoled display, 15 watt fast charging, 4000 mAh battery, expandable memory, NFC, android 10 that I received last weekend, 13 MP, 5MP wide angle depth sensor rear cameras, 8MP selfie front camera, fingerprint reader? None that I know of. Buy what you want be it flagship or budget friendly. If you're into photography, heavy gaming, or a social media professional you'll probably want to upgrade to a flagship but consider this... all phones perform the same basic functions regardless of price point....just saying.

I recently started working for a new company who provided me with a Samsung A20s to use for work. I must say that it is the WORST phone I've ever used. It is slow, unresponsive and the keys on the keyboard are too close together which results in numerous typing errors. It took me for ever just to type these comments. I had a basic iPhone 7 at my previous job and I preferred that way over this Samsung A20 trash. I've even installed a different keyboard hoping that would help with the constant errors, but the improvement was minimal. I was considering one of these for myself and I'm really glad I decided against it. Based on my current experience with this piece of trash, I would not recommend Samsung to anyone. Dont waste your money on this. Even if someone was to offer to give this phone for free consider it an insult. After searching for a new personal phone I decided on ZTE Axom 10 Pro and I was not disappointed. That is a real phone, unlike the Samsung A20. What junk the A20 is! Samsung loss my vote with this phone. I always heard how great Samsung phones were, but after this I can't help but to wonder what those individuals making those comments saw or were comparing their Samsungs to. I will go as far as to say I preferred my Blackberry over this.

The latest security update is really draining my battery. I was going 5 days of light usage without charging it, now I'll need to charge every 2-3 days. I tried changing my battery settings but that hasn't helped much. I'm mad over "updates" that make a phone or app worse. Plus the screen seems less responsive, though I don't know if the update could have affected that.
