After only a week this phone won’t let me receive calls. The phone rings and the buttons come up to either answer the call or hang up but neither button responds when I press it. Help Please.

ImDisappointed, 05 Mar 2020I dont even know what to put....WHY DOES MY A20 HAVE A MULTI TOUCH PROBLEM....I cant play game... moreI love samsang but I really don't know why it has a problem of multi touch it was working quite good but after updates it stops and I am not able to play some games to like pubg,,,,it sucks dude

I HATE THIS PHONE!!!!! It takes forever from the time you dial a phone number until it connects. When typing, it randomly throws the letters "bbn" into a sentence. I went from a Samsung that used to show the homescreen when there was movement in front of it to this one that remains black until you log in. It doesn't even show the time on the front screen, you have to log in to see it. The speaker sucks. It won't cast to my tv's. So many more annoying things that I don't have space on here to mention! Don't buy this phone! Just don't.

This phone was the best! I bought it a month ago. The best part of it is the plastic is not cheap, plus, it takes really nice pictures, I recommend this phone if you are finding a phone that takes excellent pictures.
What I don’t like is Android 10 update is uncertain.
