This phone was the best! I bought it a month ago. The best part of it is the plastic is not cheap, plus, it takes really nice pictures, I recommend this phone if you are finding a phone that takes excellent pictures.
What I don’t like is Android 10 update is uncertain.

I thought this phone was good until it got the black screen of death and won't turn on after only 6 weeks of usage.
Then I discovered that this happens often enough that samsung even have mentioned it on their site.
Very disappointing,sticking with apple

Either way breaking it is a pretty bad option for such phone like this that you JUST Got.

I have a huge problem with the Internet connection, even though everyone in my household are using same network and my phone can't download more than 85kb!!!! Which is terrible

I have had my A20 a month and love it! I love the fast charging, I only have to charge it once a day even if I'm on it all day. The large screen is great for videos and movies. The only flaw I can find on mine is that the back is a fingerprint magnet, snap on a case and it's an easy fix though. No complaints from me, well done Samsung!
