Happy with phone in general. Many months of ownership. Amazing battery life. A little lag at times, especially if multiple apps are open in the background. Good back camera/s. Front camera is not so good. I now find the fingerprint sensor does not work as well as when new. Tried optimising and restarting, but not much improvement. The screen has good colour and clarity, despite not being a high quality screen. Screen auto brightness control doesn't work properly sometimes, and I have to manually adjust it. Have dropped the phone a few times and it survived ok (cheap plastic protective cover probably saved it) A few minor issues as mentioned above, but I'm happy with it overall. Good value phone.

Purchased A20 on Saturday 19.10.19... couldn't reinsert the SIM/SD tray... returned to the retailer Sunday only to be told the phone had to be returned to Samsung for assessment and I would not get an exchange or refund. I paid for a brand new phone not to be sent away for assessment. Really poor product and customer service

Guys am confused! What type of battery( li-po or li-ion) does the global version of A20 come with? some reviews say its Li-po and some say its Li-ion,i wonder which is wich??

I have just bought my Samsung and have only had it for 2weeks now and something keeps popping up at the bottom of my screen, it stops movies I'm watching and makes my keyboard disappear for a brief moment before it reappears.. It looks like it has something to do with the game launcher but I have tried disabling things in the game launcher settings to see if it would change anything but nothing has changed..... Please help

It is an awesome phone!! The graphics are on point.. it is also reliable to extend battery life on the maximum mode!
