Mark, 30 Sep 2019If glass is glass why does it cost so much to repair the A20. In fact it cost as much as a new... moreProbably a bunch of factors, but it'd take too long to cover each reason. The main reason (in my opinion) is (most) phone brands don't want you to have your phone fixed because they would rather have you buy a new phone. I wouldn't expect a plastic phone with a glass screen to be "durable" anyway... so if you have one just be as careful as possible and pray that you don't drop it. Of course, a case and screen protector will help greatly.

using a 20. doesnt dhow battery level on home screen. cant drad contacys to home screen to group them for ease of calling. no other option to close except by using power button. battery drains out faster. a few more disabilities. not worth a dime.

Even the note 10 with gorilla glass 6 can scratch and break, using a tempered glass for protection will make your phone more durable whether against scratches or falls, its always good to have one if you're not changing your phone every year.
My advice tho, don't fall for the scam of the overpriced brands, they're all made from plastic or some hybrid glass, there is no magic, don't buy the cheapest one but don't buy the most expensive one too. A case is also recommended.

Mine started bootlooping then just wouldn't turn on. I took it to a repair shop and they can't recover my photos and videos. I'm in the process of mailing it to a Samsung service center, hopefully they can fix it.

Better screen resolution, than the i... moreit is an amazing phone, great resolution, great speed... down side is the screen unlocks when it wants while on the phone... like it constantly opens things and muting me... other than that I have not found another issue... my solution was bluetooth headphones while I take a call
