Maybe Samsung could help you, but that's never happened to my A20. Might've been malware or just a buggy app, but just in case you should do research on other people having the same issue, you might find the problem that way.
Woke up today and the phone has a frozen screen. It won't respond to touch even after several attempts to restart it. This is after having it for a week and being the first Samsung phone I've bought.
You can download always on display (AOD) from playstore, it works well on amoled display.
Anonymous, 30 Jul 2019Yes it has. You may double tap the screen to wake itThat's DT2W (double-tap to wake), not AoD.
Cjeld, 01 Aug 2019Do we have a AR emoji I can't find AR emoji on my version. It may available on other versions, but to find out if it is, just go the the camera app, selfie cam, and it should be on the top area. If not, you may be out of luck.
Do we have a AR emoji

Anonymous, 30 Jul 2019I am really happy with this phone - much more than I hoped. For the low cost, the value is ama... moreIt was because of the ONE UI. Aside from its Android, Samsung (ONE UI) enhanced more the interface.
Great specs and interface for its price.
TL;DR - A great budget phone (from the perspective of an American) that does everything that I need perfectly. If you live in countries other than the US (especially India and China), you may want to look at other options from Xiaomi, Huawei, ect, that may be better value.
Love this phone, i've had it for a little while and it does everything I need - perfectly. I was a little worried about how the display would look, but it looks really good. I'm very surprised how Samsung managed to make a 720p 6.4" display look good... (well, good in my opinion) their AMOLED tech just makes things look so much nicer and crisp. Of course it doesn't look very good in comparison to some flagships and possibly even some mid-rangers, but that's to be expected for a phone at this price. I was blown away by the wide angle camera and the live focus because the one I had prior of this didn't have anything like it. The phone is pretty snappy, but you may see some occasional stutters. The RAM isn't an issue for me, and the battery is quite good too. It also felt lighter than what I was expecting for 6.4" phone, which was a welcome addition. The speaker is... are mehhhh. They're okay, but even my Amazon tablet has better speakers, which is really disappointing. At least they're loud, but I can't really complain that much because I rarely use my phone speakers, and it's a budget phone of course. Not a deal breaker, but something you should consider. The only other negative is the glossy plastic, which is fingerprint haven. I'll be slapping a screen protector and case on it though, so that won't be an issue much longer. All in all, good snappy phone, decent battery, great value for a budget phone.
I recommend you buy it, unless you live in countries w/ brands not available in the US, such as Xiaomi, Huawei, ect, that may be better value.
ali, 31 Jul 2019can any one tell me how i enable notification light in samsung a20?if any one know so plz tell meGo to Settings then Accessibility then click on Advanced settings then choose flash notification and opt either Camera flash or Screen flash when receiving notifications
Walked into a T-Mobile store and tested the phone. The negative I found was the tiny minute speaker which had a extremely poor audio output. It was extremely bad.
Just to compare the speakers and sound to my old Samsung Avant and an antique T-Mobile Prism II I purchase new for $50.00 at Wal-Mart years ago. These 2 entry level phones had a much superior speaker than the Samsung A20. The speaker is the downside to this phone and a game changer to skip out on this purchase.
can any one tell me how i enable notification light in samsung a20?if any one know so plz tell me
ill go for A20 if it has 64rom and 4 ram
Really want the S9 but don't want to spend 600, how's the speed, GPS navigation. Because it's still a 1.6 gigahertz processor like my S3 which is 10 years old will it really be any faster navigating from Google searches to apps. Is the ram 3 gig?

Roy, 29 Jul 2019I bought yesterday, do you feel that the display is too yellow?? It’s beacause the display is Super Amoled(newest display) than other dsiplay like LCD.
I am really happy with this phone - much more than I hoped. For the low cost, the value is amazing, and using it is really good. I haven't had to root it to make it usable - unlike every previous Android I have had so far from 2.x to 5.1! In the past Ive had a few Androids and ended up hating them quite quickly. I went to Windows Phone and lived in a dream land where my phone was so nice to use. Now I had to come back to Android and with this phone, Im not sad about leaving Windows Phone. I dont know about all Samsung phones, but they nailed it with the A20.
