I ... moreMy one and a half years experience of samsung a20 is it's an excellent wonderful phone. Iam using more costly and features rich phones. But still I admire a20 because firstly its light weight 159gms, excellent battery, fast charging, selfies 8mp but Samsung lens equivalent to other company's 16mp. After a long rough use I didn't experience a single single problem yet. Samsung had concreted the reliability through this phone. People who blindly criticize are stupids...

I have never ever had a single problem with it. I live on the internet on this phone. Battery life is still fantastic. I just can't understand why people complain about this phone. Maybe i just have better luck. I bought a brand new samsung a31 last week.....let me tell you something....you may not believe it but i love my a20 more than the a31. My a20 has never ever let me down once. Best samsung phone i have ever had.

Worst phone I have ever owned had had problems since day one. I dont even know what the worst as they all suck, it can't connect probably to internet connections and can be forced off if even a microwave is used within 30ft. The graphics are a joke 720p resolution as if that was even an acceptable number in today's age. The software seems like 8 years out of date and can barely operate, they don't even have a working blue light filter. Don't buy this phone.

I don't advise you to buy the A20,Because the A20 has a lot of errors
-The screen that is often ghost touch and sensitive is terrible
-There are frequent battery bugs around 0-29%
-The network is really bad * I have compared it to my friend's Realme 5
-It gets hot very quickly even if it's just for light activity
-There are often bugs when charging
-Ram and ROM are often hot tossed
-* on Android 10 * there is often a sensor bug when a chat notification appears and the hand accidentally passes through the Selfi camera
-The speaker is still too low, even though the volume is full

Bought this A20, brand new, back in August 2019. A coupleweeks ago, I started having trouble recharghing it. It takes me now many attempts to plug/unplug the USB cable to actually get a good connection, mostly the percentage goes down instead of going up. And no, it's not the USB cable, I replaced it with new cables, still useless, also the other phone I have recharges OK with the exact same USB cable. I reboot the phone, switch it off / on like crazy, still the same issue. The built quality of this phone is garbage. Will try to stay away from Samsungs as much as possible from now on. Avoid buying this phone at all costs.

I have been using a Samsung A20 for 2 years and it is excellent. Long battery life excellent sound, excellent photos, fast whatsapp.

I paid 200$ (give or take) on this phone 6 months ago and I regret it. Goes to show why Apple costs more- QUALITY. Computing speed of the A20 is average of a phone from 2010. Yes, it's that SLOW. Camera quality is rubbish. Better pictures have been taken by my arthritic great grandmother using a potato as a camera. Downloaded pictures aren't in my gallery, and to this day can't find where they're stored. Do research before you buy a phone. ESPECIALLY anything Samsung. Next phone will be an Iphone or Pixel.
On a positive note: The phone is sleek and slides in my pocket nicely. That's about it. That's my honest review and my experience with the A20 smartphone.

If your planning to get this phone, make sure you have a great internet reception because it has a relatively weak way of receiving internet, overall its a great phone.
