I always loved this phone. Of course i had to move on to keep up with what is new and modern these days.
But while i had this particular samsung A20 model its been really great performing for me!!! No complaints!!! Not ONE!!!!

I've been using this phone for a while now,I didn't have any problem except that sometimes vibration stop but I know how to solve it now I like my mobile I got this one and Samsung A31

Mine had 85K antutu score on Android 10 and 114K after upgrading to Android 11 :)
No lag and everything is smother than before

I am used a20 mobil last 2y but problem by a sd card slot not
Working my mobil crashed my 2 sd card every time insert then crashed

After updating to Android 11 the phone is so slow. And I see alot o bugs and crashes. One thing is improved and that is battery life. After 6 hours of screen on time I still get 40% battery left. I hope Samsung further release an update to solve performance issue.

The Samsung A20 hangs and kind of slow when an app is launched or opened, not smart like before after software update and instead of the Android 11 upgrade rather it was Android 10. Also it no longer vibrates even while the vibration button is turned On.

Tbh, I mean this phone is pretty ok, but if u were in search of a budget handphone, I would recommend Poco.

A20 seems slower after the Android 11 update.

to be sincere with this phone it has a software problem of over heating and when it turns off it will need you to wait for a long time for it to get on, and sometimes it even fails to startup.

Received android 11 today in India. Took 5 hours to update.
But my set getting slow after update.

Disappointing. Overheated so bad that it burnt my finger. Network problems all the time. Freezes 4-5x a day.
Have had it for 11 months only. Certainly not getting Samsung again

2 years using this phone, after last update I cant connect it to pc anymore, same like A20s just why samsung? Why? Gonna switch to other brand..
Btw, this phone is great, especially super amoled one, best for watching movie even this phone only 720p

Fallen Many Times Got Screen Replaced Twice but After All Its Still Working As Good As Any Other Phone In This Price Range.
