mine has fallen a lot of times, and doesnt have a scratch (it doesnt have a glass protector) its a naked phone (well, it has a case) but it isnt fragile!

The worse 200$ I have ever spent.
1. Response time is awful
2. Camera is beyond bad
Go with Xiaomi, you don't need Samsung

Any one have any issues after new updation ???
After the updation i got an issue !
The problem is before 2 days i got an software updation for my phone [ samsung galaxy A20S ]
After the updation some times my when i play music or play voices from watsapp Loudspeaker is not working , the sounds is only comming through the head speaker,
No problem in incomming calls & watsapp calls !
The highlite is, the phone is just 7 months old !

To see the call details, press on the telephone icon and look for Recents.
