~About Samsung A20s,
I have updated new Android version from 9 to 10 but now it's having issue in sound of call speaker, music speaker and mic.
Now updated version has very poor volume, very noisy sound and cheap results.

You won't loose any apps if you update your phone and you can backup your data to a memory card before you update it, that way you won't loose anything.
