Good afternoon, is anyone here experiencing OTG connection problems? I have tried many times to insert and remove the OTG doggle, OTG cable, etc. but still can't connect and read the card reader and external HDD that I have. This has been happening since the last security update. What should I do? Should I take it to the service center or wait for the latest update?

I’ve been using this phone for 4 years now.Unless you count that this phone is kind of outdated and receives no updates, it is an okay phone. I don’t really do much on this phone besides your usual texting/watching videos/browsing the web and it handles it just fine and there are no major issues. But if you want to play bigger video games or handle bigger tasks, it lags so much that it is unbearable It can’t handle them AT ALL. There are many other better budget phones out there for you to choose from.
