I have the same phone which had same issue. Now working absolutely fine. That kind of protection films only used in Ipads and Macbooks. Same to be used in this phone.

This phone has a faulty screen, which the upper part of screen touch does not work sometimes. Many users have this problem, and not surprising that Samsung does not care. Better not to buy.

The screen and the processor aren't great, but i... moreThis device is good enough for HD Movies and TV Series and musics and for games like Hogwarts Mister, March of Empires,Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle,Asphalt 8, 9, Extreme,Walking Dead with Clementine character and etc. My own experience with this device.

My sister has this phone and from her experience its decent for the price although its dated by now with the a23 out and taking over so might as go for that instead

It's pretty good for a cheap phone. The screen and the processor aren't great, but it's perfectly OK for use as a phone & basic internet (probably not so good for games & HD movies).
