A2 core has a very bad problem with wirelss connection when it's been updated. Wireless connection will drop when it's on sim mode and reconnect when it's on airplain mode, forcing you to make the airplane mode every time you wanna connect to wifi. Also it has small random memory and no themes at all. Through my experiences I think It's not a good device to buy!

Unfortunately the Galaxy A2 Core did not get Android 9.
Funny that the Galaxy J6, with the same Exynos 7870, got Android 10.

Turn off DONT KEEP ACTIVITIES
Problem solved. Apps will not automatically be killed anymore :)

i have the phone and its good for its price and its good on the os and hardware side but the most annoying thing is there is a feature that automatically closes apps running in the background and u may think thats good right? wrong u cant disable it probably i serched it on youtube and website and i didn't find a proper way to disable it

I've used a Nokia1 for a year now. Have not experienced problems like you folks have had with this Samsung phone.
Nokia a better phone and much more reliable. And the Nokia's are on Pie now.

Anonymous, 03 May 2020this is the worst phone. cannot take photos when my SD card is set as storage. bought two new ... moreHate this phone the p on key board n the back key has to b click several times to get it to work... and when I take photographs the photos are dark until I go into the phone and select sunlight but it always defaults back to this ugly dark photograph
... so I took a picture with my j7 which only had a broken screen and stood in the same place with the same light and took the same picture and the difference is night and day I'm also having difficulty looking at links as the links are pixelating do not get this phone.

Nice phone with limited features but unfortunately Samsung when a bit too far. This phone, which is NOT old, does not work on most networks in US because it strangely does not have extended LTE and voicce over internet capability which most if not all new carriers have demanded for some time. So, if using as a camera of for WIFI, fine - but dont expect to get connected.
