Even it is a software issue and need a software update to fix it, you should go to SAMSUNG Members app to report the problem, or go to the service center, maybe they already has the update to fix your problem.

Khuan, 22 Jul 2019You should bring the phone to SAMSUNG service center for help. this issue is not only for me, it's for my friends also having the issue. This is not for the hardware issue , it's a software issue. so we want the proper update for the issue rectification.

The charger output is 9.0V - 1.67A, that is 15W.

samsung please solution for A30.
sound is very low for communication, even we can't use the phone when we travel by train (outside noise is high).
4000mah battery is good but ONE UI 1.1 consume more battery power in background.
WiFi speed is slow even we use 5Ghz WiFi router for A30.
Other than galaxy a30 is better than m20 but not better than m30.

GroundZEro, 21 Jul 2019Does the A30 lags or stutters when opening apps?No bro, it's working smoothly. I didn't found only two issues. Other than that two issues the A30 is good.
1. Sound quality isn't enough for talk and listen.
2. Mobile internet speed is very high, but WiFi speed is slow.
A30 is better than m20 , but m30 is better than a30.

tawsif, 18 Jul 2019a30 or note 7 pro? depend on your preference. If you are into Super AMOLED Display then A30 is for you. If you are okay with IPS LCD display then redmi note 7 is way to go, because note 7 is much more faster than A30 in term of performance and speed

Samsung please fix following issues for A30.
1. sound issue for mobile network (we can't hear properly) sound is very very low, please increase the sound.
2.one UI 1.1 consume high battery capacity (for 10 minutes it takes 0.5%), even other apps takes only 0.1% .
3. WiFi download and upload speed is slow but mobile internet speed is very very high. please increase the WiFi download speed for this mobile.
