When charging become hot a bit,,
This phone not suitable for pubg always delay and not so smooth,,better xiaomi note 7 pro for this price,,
when gaming it hot so much,,can cook a egg

The phone is fine, it has a really good display and good battery life, I've had it for a month and it works great, battery lasts almost 3 full days with 1-3 hours of use each day(web browser/youtube/twitch) + some phone/mail/message stuff. No Hangs, no lag and no heating issues. I disabled or uninstalled apps I don't use like facebook and I try avoid apps with ads.
If I remember correctly I couldn't disable or remove facebook from the Apps settings in the phone but the play store had the option to uninstall it.

I see lots of complaints about this phone on this site and yet when you review comments of buyers on Online Stores they are generally happy with the device they bought.
Makes me wonder if people castigating this phone on here are actual users or mostly trolls..

Is it only my app that makes it so lagg? Even tho i use my mobile data or wifi, it makes the game so lagg. Is it just me or does anyone also experience like this

And the sound from the speaker is soft because the volume of the music or video file you play is soft, not the speaker problem.

I've had this particular phone for 10 days. The phone lags a lot in processing light tasks like Google Play music. Just yesterday it crashed. I don't understand how or why but today it's back on. It's not in any way a good phone and I'd suggest, instead, you buy a huawei y9

Aadii, 26 Jun 2019Samsung do have problem of heating alot.. how about this phone? anyone?All brands, including SAMSUNG, HUAWEI, HONOR, XiaoMi, RedMi, oppo, vivo, HMD NOKIA and even Apple do have heating a lot when you are using or charging the phone.
If you are so worry about that, just go to buy a feature phone.
