Bought this phone last Christmas and despite all the hate comment on it I have found it to be a very reliable phone for its features I mean come on people if you want everything in a device to do what youve ever dreamed it to do, you have to spend the extra cheddar to get the best features. This phone may not have everything working great but what it does for me now, my previous device couldn't handle, plus I needed to upgrade and my old device that was an s5 performed great but couldn't use current apps because it was discontinued. Don't knock this device just because you didn't get what you wanted out of it. My opinion. I will always like Samsung devices but I've used other brands in the past that worked well for me at their time. Planning to own an s20+ in the future.

Washed out resolution and slow chipset. My fault anyways cause i was not thinking when buying this. The shop promoter got me on her pocket lol. Ahould have bought realme 5 pro instead. 720p wash out amoled screen cant compensate 1080p lcd and a powerfull midrange chipset of realme 5 pro or redmi note 8 pro. All this phone have is the brand Samsung.

Why should Samsung keep doing phones like this...
This phone got poor graphics and poor processor...
Even when playing music and there's an incoming call phone freezes for few seconds...
I'm a fun of Samsung but this phone is completely useless

Bought this phone 3 days ago..Constant stater when opening apps. Mediocre screen resolution looks like everything is cartoon. Big disappointment. Should have bought REDMI note 8 pro or Realme 5 pro. Prices are similar in our country. I just wish this will not hang when playing games.
