Even I'm using it nearly 15 months.
Charge suddenly drops to 0 from 15 very quickly.
When charge at less than 20 percent it drops to zero and then start to charge.

No call recording facility in this phone
You cant transfer files under MY FILES. You copy or cut but cant paste. Too bad

I'm pretty satisfied with the phone itself.I've been using it for over a year now,the battery life is really good,it charges really fast.I'm happy with my return on investment

I had mine for 16 months and had endless issues with the battery, the percentage drops from 15% to 0% in seconds and then it refused to charge when you connect the charger. The triple cameras aren't very impressive either. I guess for the price it isn't bad but I expected better from the brand

I use this phone 1 year, i didn't find any problem with it. With that price. I have updated this phone several time, and didn't find any problem issues. The phone is not going to heat even it's used for hours. Worth it to buy

PUBG can be a lag fest even on much powerfull processors, because lag on it depends on mamy things, one of them is strenght of internet connection. I am more of a retro gamer, and I can say that this Exynos runs them almost perfecectly, and that was not always the case with older Exynos. I am playing games like Kingdom Hearts BoS, Metal Gear solid PW, Final Fantasy VII Crisis Core through PPSSPP emulator in full speed on 2x PSP resolution with no problem.

After the update my phone suddenly cant connect to internet even though data is on. Need to restart the phone for it to connect. So slow the process of restart. Not recommended

The worst specced samsung A series phone for the price its like almost 300 usd for a 720p amoled without AOD and a 25mp cam with an underperforming exynos

The phone is more than good for a mid range device. You should take your device to service.
