The phone is more than good for a mid range device. You should take your device to service.

I dont know if this A30s is faulty, since me and my friend both use same phone.. we feel there is lag when you tap some application to open. Also when a call comes in - 2-3 sec i dont see name/number - only hear the ringing, i cannot disconnect for unwanted calls - then i have to press the volume button to silence the tone and when the name appears, i decide to answer/not answer. I am NOT very happy with the phone. I had MI phone, which was so user friendly. Mistake will not be repeated - no more samsung phones for me

This phone has been everything and more. Completely satisfied. It will be a year in July for me and the battery is still great. The camera quality is good enough for me and I jave never had an issue. The screen I am wondering what material it is made from because I have dropped it a good amount of times and not a crack in sight. Love the phone, it was a really great buy.

Battery is very satisfying. I played COD for many months didn't face any lags. I think this phone is a excellent for its price.

Strangely, if you open to My FILES on my Galaxy A30s, you cannot move or copy files from one folder to another or from a folder to external drive.
This is the first time Iam experiencing this setback in a phone.
How can I overcome this problem?

Slow finger print sensor such a pain. Battery is pathetic, has to charge 2-3 times. This phone is mainly used for making calls, I am very disappointed. Wouldn't recomend this phone to any one.

I've had it for about a week now overall its not a bad phone at all, could easily recommend it to someone, the battery life is good enough to get through any entire day n still have enough left, the display is nice n bright but the camera is the as good as I'd expect it to be, even for someone who isn't much of a camera person might be disappointed with it's performance in that area,

Camera is the worst.. when zoom in to some extent the pixels gets worst.. hate the camera
