I am using samsung A31 from 6 months. I have 2 whatsapp accounts and my dual whatsapp account is not supporting any media file, document, pdf file after last software update. I reinstalled app but issue is still same. If anyone can help I will be thankful.

UMER, 06 Jun 2021Are u using this phone?? Is it GoOD for day to day use... I would recommend this phone for everyday use ( I mostly use Apps and watch youtube videos), the camera is also not bad for its price. The battery is amazing (lasts me for at least 1 day and a half)

My fingerprint sensor works perfectly well after updating to Android 11 it works even better

I own this phone. When I turn auto-brightness on and cover just the camera with my finger, nothing changes. It's when I cover a specific (different) part of the screen that it dims the screen brightness.
This phone has a dedicated luminosity sensor under the screen, completely separate from the camera, and that's what it uses to determine when to dim the screen. I've pinpointed its location with the help of the "Sensors - Multitool" app.

Bad... Samsung does not care to provide stable updates for this device. Dhcp on wifi does not work. Searching in settings takes forever. Apps stutter and lag.

Hi All, after upgrading to Android 11 my A31 notification sound for WhatsApp, Message is not muting though I kept silent in settings. It is bothering me whole night. Moreover, screen is turned on for every notification. How to get rid of it?

Just make sure you backup and factory reset your phone so you won't experience any weird lags...
And please GSMarena. Update the page to say that the phone is upgradable to One UI 3.1. Thank you

Is there any way to improve camera quality? I'm really getting mad every time I work with this piece of **** . I know I should not expect flagship phones cameras from this, but it takes pictures very noisy in medium light.
