I am facing 1 issue with my new A31. If I switch ON the mobile date, it does not switch on. I need to turn flight mode ON & then turn it off. After I do so, my mobile data actually starts working. Any idea what is this problem & any solution for it?

I'm really interested in buying this phone but i have a question is on always on display is it black enough?
I saw on a41 it is not deep black despite it has amoled. Please answer my question

My experience with samsung A31 very bad its screen is very sensetive its drop from the hight of 2 fit screen break.cost of panal screen Rs 15000 from airink samsung servious point .

It's a great phone. P65 is a great chipset. Octa-core (2x2.0 GHz Cortex-A75 & 6x1.7 GHz Cortex-A55). That is better than Exynos 9611 in A51. Yes, it's not so good at 3D gaming. Yes, it can not do 4K videos. Battery life is superb. Amoled screen is brilliant. High five for A31!

Gabby, 20 Jan 2021Has anyone had problems with their signal strength? I sometimes have two bars and other times... moreThe issue my be your carrier only supports 1 or 2 bands in the phone. There is a section at the top where you can find the bands. If your carrier supports only 1 then you have worse signal. Personally I have great connection because my carrier supports 4 bands. You can search your carriers bands to see what it supports. Just type "(put carriers name) network bands" hopefully this was helpful!!

If you are in north America, South America, Europe, or Africa it will be easier to get the a31. If you are in Asia (specifically India) you would probably be able to pick it up from carrier or some other website.
