My Samsung a31 problem,
When I open the loudspeaker during call mic doesn't work. When turn loudspeaker back its work properly. Why mic does not work with open loudspeaker.

Temmyy, 28 Jul 2020The finger print is a big issue. It only worked once. After then its not been working. Any solution Update to the latest security patch....and register your print again without screen guard

hello, can anyone help me out? I want to know if my phone is overheating or is it normal. Below are the temperature ranges i observe

CPU: 32-34 °C
BATTERY: 32 - 34.5/35 °C

Should i really worry or is it normal?.

Ps. I live in a humid area and without an aircoditioner for most part of the day. I dont play any games. Just social media usage all day.

I bought this phone 3 days ago everything was working well until I noticed the phone was overheating when I use Wi-Fi or my own Data but when using offline no issues,I returned the phone and got an exchange but still got the same issue,I Just went back to the retailer and got a refund.Tho I'm confused I wanted the A31 so bad,like should I try from another retailer? Please Help
