This is one of the worst phones i have had, comparing it to Apple, Huawei and Xiaomi. Its so slow and laggy, the fingerprint sensor is so buggy, camera is slow and fails. The only good thing is the amoled screen.

Hi, I'm having problems in camera when I tap to trigger auto exposure on an object, afterward I see everything gets very bad. brightness goes high and contrast becomes a disaster. Do you guys have any recommendation to overcome this problem? Are you using a third party camera app?

If you are facing problem with the touch screen and overheating and screen takes time to respond.
First. of all you have to put double tap wake screen up off.
Face recognition off only use the built-in fingerprint to work the phone on.
Second. only use the default themes, go to wallpaper on the home screen by holding the screen, choose a wallpaper and lock screen which does not have video or animation this will make the phone work up much faster when it is asleep by using the fingerprint..
Third. If you're having problems with touch screen as sensitivity of touch screen there might be a solution for you. Close as much apps down as possible go to settings go to app show system app scroll down to keyboard contents select, on the top right corner you will see three dots click on them and uninstall update. Admittedly after uninstalling updates reset the phone, when do phone switches back go to Play Store or Galaxy store and update keyboard content app. Once updated and installed restart the phone again and see if this fixes the problem for the screen sensitivity

You have to set your 5 gigahertz Wi-Fi router to Channel 155 and above. The phone will not work with the lower 5 gigahertz Wi-Fi channels like 32 to 55. Also the phone will accept 20 mHz 40 MHz and 60 mHz Wi-Fi speeds

I have had my Galaxy A31 from 11 months. It already has network issue, once signal is lost then never restores until phone is restarted.
But now after August update (a315fxxu1cuh3) I have got another problem. My messaging app suddenly draws over and closes over other apps every now and then. The games and videos get paused whenever it happens. Does anyone else have this problem and any possible solution for this?
