Werner, 21 Jul 2021Did anyone recieved June or July security patches for A31?The phone is quite good, but the only problem which I am facing is with the automatic brightness consuming 28% of my battery . About a week ago the problem of the automatic brightness and the camera light sensor was fixed, but now the problem have surfaced again, one of these is interfering with the camera light sensor, Samsung my file, calendar app, Samsung cloud, Samsung browser. The last update for this are fixed the problem but now the recent updates for the apps have continue the problem. It is annoying when you have the same problem on 15 models of Samsung

Within one month my LCD panel broke with out any force applied no gorilla glass or any protection

shadab , 16 Jul 2021very bad I have used a31 I am not satisfied this mobile, touch proper dose not worked slow process Make sure you update phone with latest patch files.

I cut costs when switching from my old iPhone, and purchased a Samsung A31. What a ghastly mistake. The Samsung really is a piece of junk. I've had it for about a year and I have to say it is absolutely awful. Would I buy another? I wouldn't have one if you gave it to me - no if's, buts or maybes.

Are samsung lowering their quality to fight other competitor? I found all review about A and M series is bad.
Touch screen not responding, phone freeze.
Is that normal for phone?
If that's normal then i better buy another product.

The call software does not show an incoming call sometimes, it just plays the ringtone only... please help this is a major problem☹

Samsung A31 is the most worthless Samsung series. It keeps restarting on it own and also kept ejecting my SD card saying I removed it unsafely. Pls don't buy it
