I only get 5g in spots and sometimes won't connect to 5g in places where there is a 5g antenna. The A32 5g connects to 5g flawlessly and I even get it at home and in the gym which both my Note 20/20U do not.

Get the 5G.
Apart from WiFi, I'm not going to use 5G, but the 5G had a number of better options for little difference in price. I forget now, but maybe RAM is higher and processor is better. I didn't want the OLED screen (on the 4G) since it does burn-in over time.
Had the galaxy a32 5g for about 2 months, accidentally factory reset phone, now won't accept my email and it locked me out. Sent in for repairs. Anyone else had this problem?
Can you suggest me anyone which one I should buy Samsung Galaxy A32 5G? or Samsung Galaxy A32 4G?
Thanks Everyone.
I hate this phone. First off, this was supposed to be a trade in deal, but Tmobile screwed me. Next, lets talk about the customer service call centers in India. They put on fast talking heavy accented very old sounding men, that dont listen to a single word you said, then, just start setting you up for shit, you never wanted. Also, they openly lie. I called to complain about service. I was told that TMOBILE REQUIRES CUSTOMERS TO UPGRADE TO A 5G PHONE, and thats bullshit because after about 15 phone calls, finally one of the techs blurts out "aw shit, you dont even have 5g available in your area yet"...
Meanwhile... Im stuck with this slow, piece of shit A32. I swear to god, it's a downgrade from my S6, which I actually liked. The wifi is awful, the photos suck, Im about mad enough to drive a car through the front of a Tmobile store, and get out and set every employee on fire with a flame thrower.
I was intentionally lied too, I was slow walked intentionally, so I couldn't return the phone, by the way nobody tells you you have 20 days to return the phone... oh and the days in the mail count. So, from day ordered, I didnt get mine for 9 days, meaning I really only had 2 days. Oh and they never accepted my phone trade, so...
Im considering just driving over to Bellevue HQ and making a scene. What pisses me off the most is how they completly disregard you with "theres nothing I can do". That is complete bullshit. I had a woman on the phone say that she could see, I got this phone as a trade, but the promotion is over... let me get this straight... you see the info in front of your beady stupid eyes on the computer screen, yet, "theres nothing you can do?"
I can. I can fucking destroy every Porche and Bentley in their parking lot in about 40 seconds with a semi. Even better their parking spots are marked, you can literally stake out who you want, follow them home, then nail them to the floor with rail spikes, and set their house on fire to burn down around them...They arent untouchable, I just gotta decide, If Im good with doing time, to make a point that wont be forgotten. Tmobile intentionally screws people, and there is ZERO RECOURSE. I am so goddamned mad. I want a written apology from the President of Tmobile. Ive been a customer since VOICESTREAM. Then again... maybe its time to just cancel cell service altogether.

Samsung is reliable albeit difficult to repair cheaply. Even though it's just an LED (not AMOLED), the cost of the screen with frame on an A32 is only about 40 bux or less. Battery is not hard to service IF you need to. (heat up the glue, unscrew then gently pop out the midframe..)...I kinda' like Oppos/One Plus' Nord N10 better in servicing BUT a little unsold on the fact it only gets one UI upgrade.
I just wish crooks would STOP trying to trick people into believing the A series are MHL cable capable. They're not..In that regard, I have a beater but functional Note 8 I use with a 6-1 device with output to a 32 inch tv monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse, and wired printer. I can also switch cables and output to an older Sony 42 inch 1080p..
That all being said, both my A32s are on Tmobile...Not ATT. My 5g download speeds, without UW/UC are 100 to almost 700 mbps,,,,44 bux a month for single line senior plan. UNLIMITED LTE/5g....unlimited, albeit slow, hotspot. Incredible bettery life..10 hours after charging, still have 98% on standbye.Good phone if you can pick one up used and unlocked

the phone works very poorly also the connection with 5 g is terrible and has many interruptions a mid-range phone with low-end performance i think this phone are only for persons that only wants to call and send texts
great device , working fine without any issue
The Wi-Fi chip is garbage and I think it's too expensive (you can buy an older galaxy S or etc for the same price) and I wish I was more informed about phones when I bought this nugget. Only good thing is the fact that games runs okayish.
Always had LG, First Samsung A32 5G. Full of useless Galaxy and Samsung bloatware, that can not be uninstalled/disabled. Waste of some battery life. Will be the last Samsung Galaxy I will own.
Had the phone for about a year now, through T-Mobile. For phone calling and messaging, it's fine, everything else it's like garbage. Not enough ram to do hardly anything. Restart required nearly every day. Even after a factory reset. If it hadn't been a free with new line, I wouldn't have gotten it. 2/5 stars.
I purchased 2 phones in 24 hours and neither worked. They went pixically and shut off. Support was no help at all. will not be buying another
I've had this phone for 4 months. The screen is large and easy to read, it has snappy performance, good call quality, and is up to date with Android 11, which makes the security guys at my work happy. The camera lenses take good pictures with a range of wide to zoom and macro options. I like being able to expand storage with an SD Card so that having many local photos and videos is not an issue. Battery life is long and the included quick charger is good. Overall, for price and performance this phone is a winner for my needs.
i have had the A32 for a little over 2 months and it is, in one word, horrible! the phone doesn't work, it puts me in emergency call only mode. i am now on my second A32 5g and am experiencing the same problems. i had to put back my samsung Galaxy s9 after the Sprint/T Mobile merger so i could get a new 5g phone. 5g only works if the phone actually works. when I went to my local T mobile shop I was told they are aware of the issues with this phone but are still offering it anyway. great business model.
