Ot should be illegal to sell a phone this bad. Honestly anyone who claims it is good is paid to say that. Yes, it has the functionality described but in practice the phone is so slow that it is useless. Consider taking photos on a hiking trip: by the time the app is loaded all your friends have taken their photo, waited a while and then suggested you catch up. It takes upwards of a minute to reboot this phone. The last time I had a phone this bad was in the 1990s. I believe the problem is the chip speed is awful compared to the apps and rest of the hardware, and basically it is just unbalanced and poorly thought out. The only purpose of this is to punish your kids when you need to confiscate their smart phones and swap this in for doing something outrageous. Just bear in mind they will hate you forever, and rightly so.

Phones on performance side is great. Finger print and face recognition is good but not perfect. Rear camera is a plus using the 48mp. But front camera sucks. Looks more like 0.3MP not 13mp. My wifes moto g fast front 8mp camera throws better quality fotos than this. But other than that its a solid phone.

I love this phone... But it's still not the best one of them all. I got mine with an upgrade from the Samsung Galaxy A11. So just for that fact it's a huge upgrade. The problem that I have are the side finger print scanner it doesn't want to scan all of the time and if you have something on your finger then forget it.

I have been using this phone for more than a month now and I'm impressed even though a lot of the feature that I'm looking is not present in the 5G model (AMOLED Screen, dedicated SD Slot & the dual SIM tray)
It's fast enough for me as my daily driver and been using it to play my games and its smooth AF although not at the highest setting, but that is unnecessary to me. The impressive battery that last me a day and a half (depending on use), the fingerprint scanner at the side and the sound equalizer is awesome.

The review says A32 5G has no audio equalizer, which isn't true. My friend has that phone and it does have equalizer.

The 5g did not work. TMobile service in San Diego California. Been using on 4g only. Kind of buggy.

It came with a HUGE bundle of apps, and some app is always in the... morePl possibly the worst keyboard I've ever used on any phone ever from a flip phone to this phone over the course of about 25 years of owning a cell phone. In addition the bloatware and the other quirks of this phone make it definitely a throw against the wall item. I've never had a phone that I've had to spend so much time adjusting to and I don't know that I can live with this phone for the 3 years of upgrades that I bought it for. A real disappointment I've had a couple other Samsung phones at LG and a rebel 4 plus.

I like this phone a lot, even though its a small downgrade from my Huawei Nova 5T.I don't mind it as like it is also slightly better than my Huawei Nova 5T

I really dislike this phone! It came with a HUGE bundle of apps, and some app is always in the way of what i want to focus my attention on. Right now the screen is not auto rotating, which has been an issue on every android phone i have had, but on this one it is not an easy fix. My bluetooth earbuds which worked with my other phone are not compatible. WISH I HAD RETURNED it immediarely.
