It means there is a battery inside the phone but can be replaced only by an experienced technician usually in an authorized service center. See here:

So if your battery become damaged, you could always bring the phone to the service center to get an original battery replacement, not the whole phone replacement.
For forcing restart in A3 2016, you could press power button and volume down for more than 7 seconds.

Nice specs except that 1,5GB RAM, seriously Samsung why you discriminate compact phone users? System takes whole RAM, there's not much space for apps. 2 GB is minimum for comfortable use.

Can this phone play PokemonGo smoothly? My a3 2015 lags when line and WhatsApp chat comes in because of the 1gb of RAM. Will the 1.5gb RAM in this one be enough?

My sister has one of these. Must say that the camera on this phone is awful. Even my old S4 mini (8 mp) had batter camera then this thing. Pretty disappointing. Sadly she didn't ask for my advice before she bought it. A5 2016 is far better phone and it is definitely worth those few extra bucks, especially if you intent to use one smartphone for 2 - 3 years. I even managed to get A5 2016 for less money than what my sister payed for hers A3.

AnonD-577880, 02 Sep 2016What is VR???Virtual Reality or precisely, Augmented reality (AR). A3 2016 does not have gyro, so when you are playing Pokemon Go, you must turn off AR. With AR actives and phone with gyro, when throwing Pokemon, you see real world through phone camera as a background. Without AR, the background is a simple sketched picture.
Actually, playing Pokemon Go without AR makes catching Pokemon easier and saves the battery.
