Enough with Samsung phones. Samsung tries to install there apps that we never use. My wife s phone I bought for 600 AUD is a real wast of money. When she tried to use it the car's (Mitsubishi out lander) hands free system Samsung app starts and attempt to prevent the link slowing down the phone. There is no way to unstall this app unfortunate. She narrowly escaped accident while trying to answer the phone through hands free system which was very much reliable until Samsung sneakingly install their app. I have made up my mind to go for google phone next time soon. Hope google is not foolish enough to do the same thing.
2350mAh and 2gb Ram on 2017? NO WAY! even for 180EUR i will still pass..
there are other better phone that can give higher specs for 200EUR.
super rip off.
Anonymous, 30 Apr 2018They released Oreo!!! ????? just wait a week you'll see update. When was oreo released for the a3 2017
Samsung is useless. They take forever just to bring out a softwear update. They bring out flagship phones bud they are pathetic when it comes to releasing softwear updates. Compared to iPhone or Huawei or Sony Samsung is crap in pleasing customers with softwear releases
MehoA, 06 Apr 2018I have few questions. First how customizable is AOD feature, does it turn itself off when it's... moreAlso after Nougat update and around 30 apps I still have around 6g of storage left
MehoA, 06 Apr 2018I have few questions. First how customizable is AOD feature, does it turn itself off when it's... moreHi, the AOD is customisable to a certain point. You can have your music player on there or calendar, or just time and date. The only thing I can't see to not show is the battery percentage, I hate seeing that all the time on the AOD!
It does turn off in your pocket and dims according to the surrounding light.
Why is it that my galaxy A3 2017 these days take longer than before to charge fully? I mean not the 1hr and 38 minutes it used to take before.
Anonymous, 09 Apr 2018Do you know if Samsung will release a 2018 version? I haven't found any updated info/leaks in... moreHi.... Me too waiting for a3 2018. There are few designs like a8 & a8plus which is really looking good....

MehoA, 06 Apr 2018I have few questions. First how customizable is AOD feature, does it turn itself off when it's... moreYes turns off dims, with sensor and can turn it off also , and certain times. I don't think you can install it via app built in. Anyhow it's very handy feature I like it, hardly uses battery
Anonymous, 07 Apr 2018Shall I buy this or wait for the 2018 version (if there will be one)?Doesn't look like one coming but who knows, you'll pay more anyhow if so. There's not many mid rangers 4.7 about how, if you like compact. If you want something cheap look at S3 that's 4.8. I think we need more compact Shamec about the A6 rumours.
Anonymous, 07 Apr 2018Shall I buy this or wait for the 2018 version (if there will be one)?I don't know, man. In this world of large notched phone, a successor to this is very unlikely, or at least unlikely as compact. I'm personally hoping for a 4.7" midrange Android phone with at least 73% stb ratio and Snapdragon 630 (for efficiency) even without the water&dust resistance but based on the phone trend nowadays, it's merely a pipe dream. Oh, and Galaxy A3 (2017) was never officially released here in my region.
