Hi Guys. which one do you think is better, a30 or a40? size is also important but i will miss always on display and LED notification on A40. a30 is big. please tell me your experience about a40? its sound quality and loudness, camera, handiness etc.

We need more small size phone from Samsung. In our country people love small size phones.

Anonymous, 13 May 2019What about always on option is it available There is none. You can install third party AOD app from Play store. Battery life update. Same settings sd my previous post. I'm after my second full charge. Unplugged my phone yesterday morning. In total 1day 2hours of usage with 3hrs 22 mins screen on time and 53% battery left

I'm user of A40 2 days now. Just about battery and my settings. Yesterday unplug my phone 100% at 5.30am then Google maps for navigation 2.5 hrs, YouTube 0.5hr, Chrome 1hr plus Facebook, messanger, a bit of calls and txt, playing with themes and customize homescreen. At 3.30am with 28% battery left charging again. So in total 22hrs usage with 4hrs 50mins screen on time and 28% battery left is very good imho. My settings. I use package disabler pro for all Samsung bloatware, no fingerprint sensor and no double tap to wake. Mobile data on, wifi on, and gps always on. NFC off, bluetooth off.

yes i like a40 too and will buy one tommorrow. but a compact and lightweight phone have a big con. the battery life. im selling my sony x compact becoz of battery too and currently have poco f1 with it but yes a handling of a 180 grams phone is hard and top of that i need two phones so if xiaomi considered to release mi9se with sd card i would go for that

Where are the big brands, the Chinese brands with a 2019, thin bezel, 140 GRAM phone?
Their engineers are just being lazy about designing a neat little compact phone like the Samsung A40.

Xiaomi, Huawei, Oppo and Chinese phone engineers only know how to build HEAVY phones. SAD!
