** finger print scanner does improve a lot but it is still not very good or great, it is just good. It takes a second or two to unlock the screen, sometimes (not very often) it will say " No match" and sometimes you have to click power button to use finger print scanner to visible (it is kind of weird)
** it is still have network issue

You have to remember one thing, Galaxy A50 is the best of the best. It doesn't have any negative sides!!
If you are facing any problems like network issue or battery draining issue or fingerprint scanner problem than you are lying and you are here only to bash this exquisite beauty..

mobile data is OK
wifi is WEAK ( weakest Wifi i have experienced )
on screen finger sensor is huge FAILURE,it's very painful to use
Camera indoors performance is BAD
Oled screen is amazing
speakers are very average
mobile network is very WEAK always on 1 bar,even the cheapest phones i have owned had almost full bars
samsung operating system is GOOD but not mind blowing
build quality !! well it's mostly PLASTIC therefor not too heavy which i guess is good
it's a decent mid range phone but there is much better mid range phones for less money
this is my honest experience if you don't like it i really don't care

Galaxy A-50 is good midrange phone (not to be compared with Galaxy S9/S8 flagships). It's screen is good, battery life great, performance Ok on Wi-Fi and mobile networks and speakers are loud. Camera is surely acceptable (not bad at all).
Fingerprint scanner is slow but working and face unlock may supplement for good results. A-50 vs price range is good choice.
Samsung Screen (good resolution) is always a better choice from it's similar range competitors.

And don't compare this to chinese crap.

finger scanner is BAD
the phone is OK but should be cheaper than the superior Xiaomi Redmi Note series,i can't believe this phone is actually more expensive !!! the extra $100 must be for the useless Samsung badge !!

AnonD-875092, 03 Nov 2019That's normal, it is how capacitive touchscreen behave, even on waterproof phones.i had j7 (2016) .. and i never faced this issue with that phone...

But the worst thing is you will not operate... moreYup you are right,... me also facing same issue with screen.. with one water drop .......screen wont work u have to lock the phone and remove water drop from the screen and then unlock the phone... it works..

Best midrange phone from samsung. Not having any issues since i bought it in 24th september til now. Fingerprint is perfect! Screen is beautiful! Camera is good! Everything is with one word, PERFECT!
