Speaker quality not good

Max resolution i am getting from a50 is 16mp. I calculated it by applying resolution mentioned in pic details taken in 3:4h mode. Why is this the case? Has Samsung cheated?

August security update really hurt my phone...re did my finger prints and now none of my other apps like my banking app can use them to sign in. Battery seems to have gone down 50% or something and my phone gets kinda hot for no reason. My biggest issues are chrome and Facebook they are draining so much

I have accidentally broken the screen and back panel of my new Samsung Galaxy A50.
Can anyone suggest what will be the replacement cost of same in Mumbai.
I really don't want to kill my phone and want it to relive.

everything works perfectly only one thing bothering me the fingerprint animations it's lagging sometimes and make a bad feelings i hope Samsung change it or make a disable option do you gays have this lagging too ??!!

a50 or s8 plus ? I use the phone for social media and watching video and sometimes playing gaming , I want a phone that atleast can stand for whole, Im worry of midranger phone maybe have problems but also s8 plus wont get any other android so im worried what to chose between the two

The Galaxy A50 is the best budget phone 2019: solid camera, in-screen fingerprint reader, headphone jack and long-lasting battery, all that at a very affordable price.

blzd, 24 Sep 2019The Exynos SoC runs very hot and rather than allow thermal throttling Samsung engineered it so... moreWatching every single battery drain test on youtube, A50 mostly was the coolest or at least the second one. Others normally go beyond 41°C A50 mostly sees.
Normal usage doesn't have it heat up. Also, Huawei P30 Lite and Xiaomi K20 series have the same 42°C records on notebookcheck if you wanna go there.
Camera performance is satisfactory enough except for details on a "25" MP camera.
Even after playing a battery-draining game (Minecraft. Doubles the drain) for almost 3 hours I got around 9 hours of screen-time. This really is something that would come from a bad battery life (!).
Speakers are really low on bass though. I find the speaker quality not good enough as well but from what I have seen, other mid-rangers (mi 9 or F1 kinda ones aint midrangers) suffer from this too.

The Exynos SoC runs very hot and rather than allow thermal throttling Samsung engineered it so the outside of the phone will heat up instead. A50 has some of the hottest recorded surface temperatures of any recent device recorded at over 42C by notebookcheck.
The lack of power/thermal efficiency is why the battery life on this 4000maH battery is similar to other phones with only 3000mAh battery and a more power efficient Snapdragon SoC in the same range like 665, 670, 730, etc.
Samsung cheaped out on the speaker audio quality and antennas while artificially limiting LTE speeds as well, so it can have decreased signal on WiFi and mobile data.
Camera quality is low despite having 3 sensors on the back. Additional options like Wide angle is great but not if the image quality is going to be even lower than the regular pictures which are poor as well.
I went with Pixel 3a despite it costing about $150 more as it does not suffer from these issues and will have monthly software updates guaranteed until Android 12.
