Just got my A50 5 days ago and the heating is bothering me so much like it's no longer normal it heats up even when I'm just downloading mp3s or dramas or even when just playing some music.I went back to the store and asked them about it and they said it's just normal but other brand users dont experience it on their phone even when they are playing games for a hours on their phones.Im so disappointed this is my third samsung phone because Im a huge samsung fan but I dont think Im still getting my 4th phone from Samsung,I hope they can fix this heating problem on their updates Im just so worried my phone might explode any moment even with normal usageš£

I'm facing Wi-Fi issues at my work place. It gets connected works for a while & then disconnects showing "Internet may not be available" while my tablet on the same network works absolutely fine. I've tried all the possibilities about fixing this issue like: wipe cache, reset network settings & even the factory reset but nothing worked. Any solution would be appreciated, thank you.

please check your time and date before connecting to wifi to update some apps...turn on the location coz it helps too for faster data....if that did not work update the phone software then try again to update the app...lasty if all else failed download the updated .apk app that you want to a pc or laptop and copy the files using your usb cable or usb otg device ...install the app choose new and your done...your welcome...

1. 4G is very slow and lagged.
2. Camera no night mode, super steady mode and super slo-mode.
3. Moisture detected error issue.
