I just changed my device from Samsung A50 to mi9t and I most say thier is a big difference

Anonymous, 08 Aug 20194 hours of what? If gaming then it is normal.Normal work use. WhatsApp, WeChat, Gmail. I game for only 30 minutes on that charge cycle. Been tracking my phone battery diligently because the battery drain seems outrageous. Today is just my 4th days using.

Is this normal or is m... moreIf I was using my phone normally I would have it go 2 days since I get 9 hours of SoT at bare minimum. I can leave the phone idle at night and when I wake up it will be at the same psrcentage battery if not under %20 so I guess not?

The battery won't explode from minor heat, I bet that your phone heat barely reach 40°C , stop worrying and enjoy this cool phone.
Until now, no reports about A50 battery exploding, so I think you are fine.

All phones are equipped with a processor, as long as it works, it will generate heat. If you don't game and you want to reduce heat turn power saver on.
P.S: If your phone didn't send you and overheating popup, then all normal , the phone is NOT overheating.
