My device just went off on it's on. Plugged it to charger or didn't come on or charge .I had to press power down and volume down button for 10 minutes b4 it came on..please what is the cause of this ?

Before sleep I set 4g jio
In midnight automatically change network idea 4g and
Drain my full core balance.
No battery improvement.

Has anyone try to off sim 2 for the 4G issue?
I have tried to off sim 2 and the problem of 4g connectivity seems lesser, but i cannot say 100% solved
