Samsung firmware not rom have standard plan for any region.
So if you live in ... moreso how can i find out what is my phone region and how can i change it if it is not correct and which country?
i heard vietnam region is good!
(for asia i heard , SOUTHEASTASIA and contain Vietnam, Thailand, India, China, Iran, Israel, Central Asia, East Asia, Africa

Samsung firmware not rom have standard plan for any region.
So if you live in Asia you must install firmware of that region.
If you don't do this and change your phone region (you must do it before install for example Europe firmware) maybe have many issues.
Also 4 or 6 gigabyte of ram in mid range phone doesn't any effect on your performance.
It only help to read and write faster on your sd card.
