It's been around two months I bought this mobile@samsung a50 6gb variant. Everything was damn cool about the mobile. After using for a week, mobile didnt start. When I switched it on, it used to switch off automatically. I found a solution In youtube. It's working fine after that. Two months now, charger stopped working. My mobile shows "connected USB is not supported". I went to nearby samsung service center, the mobile charger works fine with other mobiles but doesnt charge my mobile. I was asked to buy a new charger which costs more than 1200. Samsung? Uff I'm done with you!

The battery is not fast charging even though the charger says fast charging. It's taking almost two hours from 50 to 100%. It is like this for this model or I got a defective one. I'm still in the return period. Someone tell how the battery performance in this model. The drain is also fast compared to the MI A1

cartel, 22 Jul 2019Why only 1.5 GB free from 4 GB ram? Even with memory optimizer still 1.5 GB freeThis is normal don't worry,it doesn't affect the phone performance. It also multitasks easily ;)

Anonymous, 22 Jul 2019Don't worry about these minor stuffs, I don't notice them even... Just get A50 and enjoy it.It means problem persists. May be I am interpreting your message wrong.

Still not yet got July security update. Finger print scanner is not good even after six months of purchase. Couple of days back my Nokia 6.1 got July security update. But this A50 is not yet received. More over with screen guard in-display finger print scanner is useless. Else is fine for me.
