Craddan, 08 Jul 2019Is it possible for a screen protector to cause battery drain ? I just removed mine yesterday b... moreIn every mobile battery is consumed more by the display than anything else. Every mobile's display works on capacitance impulses which is nothing but electrical impulses to make the screen recognize the touch action. Every touch requires battery power. By applying a screen protector you are insulating the screen with glass or plastic which would ultimately require more capacitance/ more battery power for the touch to operate which is directly proportional to the quality of screen protector used. As we all know even AIR is an insulator. I don't believe in screen pro7tectors just because we fail to enjoy the benefits of a scratch proof glass throughout the life cycle of the product.

Arya, 08 Jul 2019Should I but A50 or not? Is It worth buying?Yes you should. Been using this device for quite some time and my experience has been amazing so far. Don't listen to some people here and to that guy who has been complaining for months.
I have been using this phone for two weeks and i love it. the phone doesn't have any heating issues at all. the battery could have been better but still its enough for me to go through a day. my advice to new buyers is don't trust what most of these people post here. i was skeptical about buying this due to their accusations and now i feel so stupid for taking their opinions serious.i will post my full review after another couple of weeks.untill now,it's safe to say that i haven't encountered with anything that's unusual about mobile phones.it gets a bit warm here and there and has minor lags time to time.the camera is set to 12MP for some reason and once i changed it to 25MP it takes crazy good photos too. see you guys in the future with my full review.i have used Apple,Sony and LG back in the day and this is my first Samsung device. i'm more than impressed.
