a50 or a30 or redmi note 7?
light gaming, some videos, browsing web, listening to music. Rarely take photos. Looking for big screen phone. I found redmi note 7 pretty but a bit heavy.
I mostly play slow-paced puzle games like block hexa, room escape, etc.

So I just received my A50, from Sprint. It doesn't have FM app. Is there an FM radio to enable?

I just bought this phone a50. Now the phone giving me problem. Can't turn on. When turn on have error heating. Then in 1 minute it will force turn off. Can tell me what is the issue? Please help me. Thank you.

I have a HUAWEI phone.
After using it until the battery reach 25%, I left it idle with lock screen for 4 hours.
The battery goes down to 20% suddenly within this 4 hours, with 4G VoLTE data on, Wi-Fi off, no Facebook, no Messenger and no WhatsApp.
SAMSUNG Galaxy phones never have such strange situation until today with the same settings and same usage pattern.

Anonymous, 20 Jun 2019Is this phone safe to buy cuz i keep seeing people talking about bad battery and other stuff. Well, when someone has something good, they will use it. If they have something bad, they will complain anywhere, anytime so those who got lemon phones come here to complain but I can easily recomend this phone

If so is there any problem l... moreIm playing GTA:SA and no it doesnt heat but there are some fps drops when there are too many cars but this coukd be caused by me not buying it but instead downloading it from creepy and crappy websites so not sure.

Phone is great, i have no problems with it, baddest thing is the cam, but has good features, and selfie is excelent, best thing is battery, not bad at all. I recomend it, for 300$ is good option
and i got the 4gb with 64 rom version.

There is no battery problems for SAMSUNG Galaxy A50 and A30.
Like new car, new phone also need some time (for me is 14 days) to get run in for the battery, speaker, screen, software, UI and apps.
For example, the speaker, the volume for media should set to maximum at the beginning after the phone first switch on. After the run in period, the speaker volume will not low.

is this phone worth it? , I dont play games that much and only youtube or normal tasks, how good is the battery , I'm gonna upgrade from a5 2016 , shall I go for s8 plus its cost like 150$ more where I live

Guys, i think i found a glitch... or maybe a bug in samsung galaxy a50... well, at least for me. The thing is:
"i can't connect to any hidden wifi when i set my a50 to night mode".
The state of my a50:
- Already updated to the latest possible system update.
- Already tried to reset all setting configuration countless time.
- At least, i've done 3 times factory reset.
Some explanations:
- Already set my a50 to night mode.
- Open Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi > Add network
- Fill Network name > choose Security mode...
and BOOM, settings app crashed. And i got a pop up message says "Settings keeps stopping".
And for temporary troubleshoot, i have to turn off night mode, connect to hidden wifi, and then turn on night mode back.
I think that's a bug...
Where i can report it?

Hello everyone. I purchased new a50 samsung phone and the finger touch is not working proparly many times show no match. So what i do for replacement this phone. A50 is very bad phone

I doubt this review is real, by the way if you are really a loyal samsung user you should report your problem (supposing it is not a fake review) to samsung, and use your warranty, complaining here is just useless.

A70 has a 32 mp camera but it lacks EIS, wich A50 has
A70 has a faster processor, but still A50 is good
A70 has a bigger screen and battery, with faster charging, but A50 is also good.
Depends on your usage.

After reading glowing reviews from confirmed Users of this device on online stores,
I've come to the conclusion that most of the people bashing the A50 and claiming to be Users are Trolls who have never used the device but are intent on bashing the phone for whatever obscure reasons..
