Dear Samsung,
Last 15 years am using different mobile from samsung & it`s first time my bad experience with you people.
you are not clear my compliant against A 50 only 20days of purchase.
model SM-A505FZBDINS
while talking over phone showed over heat on display and become switched off .

Also I think google's smart lock, if you are using it, interferes with some of the lock and screen behaviors set in the Samsung settings.

This phone is okay but it's really annoying you can't remove the bloat-ware. Even Miui allows you to remove the ads and bloatware?

I've had this phone a couple of weeks now, First thing I noticed straight off was battery life wasn't great. 4000mAh battery and my previous phone Huawei P20 lite lasted longer with a 3000mah battery, all this was before I even installed my own apps. Power saving and airplane mode don't seem to have any effect the battery still drains. In settings it doesn't show anything out of the normal draining the battery, I am baffled by it. On my old phone, I came home from work with 65-70% battery with my usage, On this phone with a larger batery I am coming home with 40-45% battery. Then we have the fingerprint scanner, it just does not work, Its beyond useless.

We have trouble with magnet cases for a50.
The phone turns back when you put the phone in the magnet case and cover.
On Huawei P20 pro i can turn off smart cover for it to work, but cant find any of that in A50.
Any solutions here?
