If not connect it to a PC and format it using FAT32 or exFAT.

Anonymous, 18 Jul 2020Oh that popup is telling you that the charging current is low, so try to unplug the wall adapt... morePhone will only properly charge with the charger that is provided....I also had issues with charging but when I got my charger replaced with an original samsung fast charger it chargers way better

A50 Owner, 17 Jul 2020after the July update i noticed the charging is messed up.when i connect the official charger ... morei notice my wife phone having the same issue, been not able to charge the phone unless power off. is your issue resolve with the latest update?
