I did a test with my phone where I walked about 40mt from one point to the other. Simultaneously, I checked my network stregth with no apps running in the background. I was getting about 11mbps download and 15mbps upload speed. Then again I started my GPS at point A and started walking to point B with only Google Maps running in my phone. My friend with me recorded the time taken to update the location. It took about 6 seconds to update the location on GMap. I did it again and it took about the same time.
Then I did the same thing on my friend's One Plus 7 and the location updated in 2 seconds in 2 walks.
I am not sure if that is a device's problem or anything else. But it sure looks like it's slow in terms of updating the location. Want to ask to other people as well if they've experienced anything similar if they compared it with some other phone.

I think this phone can be used as I Pods as old days , not as an phone , because I haven't seen full signal bars since I bought it , Connectivity issues to the Max , even doesn't connect to the WIFI sometimes .

Dil, 18 May 2020Any body experience "not registered on network" problem. How to fix it? i have samsung galaxy A50 .. ever since we did software update alittle over a week ago been giving me and fiance hard time trying to connect to WIFI and we both have same phone and same problem never had this problem since we did this darn software update then been giving us problem and we to piss around with it trying to get it to connact after 5 mins or more finally connects but we should be having this problem .. contact SAMSUNG GALAXY CANADA SITE they were no help did trouble shooting etc check my phone setting etc and even did factory reset never fixed the problme ... was on chat twice on May17 for long period time and then next day back on chat to tell everything they did yesturday never fixed the problem and was on chat for over hour ... to find out they were chatting with other people instead only me and having me sit here a wait wait wait for answer back for my question etc ... BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ... WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER SAMSUNG PHONE AGAIN !!

Make sure you aren't in airplane mode
At worst, contact you cell service provider for help.
