The A50 is a nice phone... sadly should you buy it you are on your own....customers service sucks big time. My media sound disappeared .... Samsung's answer ... Uneconomical to repair buy a new phone... in the end i replaced the sub board for 14£ ... fixed... customer un-service DO NOT BUY
