I... moreyou are free to not update, but in my opinion stay always up to date, if you are worried about problems wait a bit after the update release, if critical bugs are found they usually get reported pretty fast. Personally I installed android 10 and had no problem, just one old game whose sound engine is not optimised for android 10. So go ahead and update!

I put my galaxy A50 on charging, after sometime i unplug it but it is showing charging sign in off screen and this is it.... nothing is happening more. I cant unlock the phone, it is somehow hanged here... can anyone help me out?

Phone has a great camera and battery life but if you use your phone for gaming better not go woth thos phone, cant play mobile legends on this shit

Had to get the A50 last October as my immaculate S5 couldn't handle the latest tech anymore. I really like the A50 as is suits me for basic phone use, accounts etc. and i don't play games on it. I've done all the security updates and it still works fine but there is no way i'm doing a software update....EVER! If it aint broke don't try and fix it. I have 7 Apps that i will never update as well, one of them being device care. I'll buy another phone before i ever update. Got so much on this phone, some Apps would disappear if i updated anyway, as they are themselves not updated. My advice is do NOT go for Android 10.

Bought the A50 a year ago, just before Easter the LCD Display cracked - display did not function. Crack when out from the front camera. So sent to Samsung for repair, came back after Easter.
After 10 days hung on the charger, left overnight, on the next morning, the glass at the lower end of the display had sprung. Samsung will another 104€ for the repair :-(.
Facit: Phone is ok, Samsung service is not worth calling a service.

If you found bugs in the OS, complaining here won't fix them, report to samsung.
Anyway no one will buy A50 because his succesor the A51 was already launched.

Hello guys. HONEST REVIEW. I am using this phone for a year. I would not recommend anyone to buy this phone SMA50F because this phone really not worth it. I cant dent that this phone have such a great camera, ui and much more but if you compare other phone with this same price, you can get much more than you expect from this phone. 1.Software updates are becoming much in pace. 2.New Android 10 upgrade have bugs that frequently can be noticed when attending calls. 3.Camera is not that great compared to the other competitors. 4.Exynos really sucks, you cant even play any high end games (PUBG, Mobile Legends and more) even with lowest graphic settings because the game performance will start to lagg and skip frames especially after 10 months of buying the phone. 5.The phone becomes really hot when charging or playing games. So hot... Such a dissapointing. Please consider my opinions beforw buying this product.
