Am happy with this phone fo the last 7 month ,but am disappointed for no ringing sound heard during sms notification despite no setting problem. Any help.....??????

JackSally, 16 Apr 2020Is the fingerprint scanner problems fixed with the Android 10 update?I dont know but somehow the
fingerprint version improved. Still slow compared with others but for me sufficient and smooth. Not perfect, having some fails which are common even with my other amoled phones. But not annoying as in the past.

Anonymous, 17 Apr 2020Yes i did. While i was putting the phone on table 70% charge remaining. It just deadReflash the firmware, this should do the job. But if you don't want to lose the warranty take it to samsung so they reflash it for you without losing warranty.
