I just purchased a 128GB A50, and I'm glad it doesn't have it. It's useless to me. It does have NFC, which I sorta use, and it offers every function I need.

Not everyone who uses a smartphone desires a high quality camera. I don't think it's fair to suggest that a phone is useless because it doesn't take SLR-quality images. I want features for value, and if I can take pictures that work fine for me, that's good enough.

New A50 Owner, 17 Feb 2020not very good,even my old LG G3 takes much better photo's than this rubbish A50LG G3's 13 mp camera is way better than A50, it has one of best cameras, unfortunately A50 camera is really midcore.

A50s has started getting Android 10.
We can hopefully expect Android 10 to arrive in a month or so.

Zipper, 10 Feb 2020Typical Samsung battery drain with Exynos chip . I go back to HonorI agree with you!! Samsung battery sucks a lot, especially after an update it keeps on draining very fast. At first before I updated mine, my A50 battery would last about 2 days since the last charge, but now that I have updated its software, it drains very fast, it no longer last even a single day without a charging it, I have to live by charging it everyday. Thinking of changing to Huawei P30 Lite at least.

Nice phone for the price but do not expect functionality of flagship phones. This phone can not charge wirelessly and some of the app features have been removed.

But Samsung didn't treat properly very first customer who bought new A series with high price. Like us who bought A50. Simply they started upgraded version within few months and all the updates are getting to the latest mobiles in same series.
But we fooled by Samsung by putting lot of money on very first new series attempt by Samsung.
Like M30 is low budget phone, but still it got Android 10 update prior to A series.
I think we have to buy Samsung mobiles later after couple of months instead of buying as they released to market.

This SAMSUNG mobile is such a worst and useless.... because when I purchase it from the showroom they must give minimum warranty upon my mobile
if at all it doesnt completed atleast 1 year also and it was only 3 months before I have purchased it for 24,000/- The screen became blank and when I went to the service center these fools are not understanding the problem and saying that its a technical problem and telling that doesnt comes under warranty
Then what is the use of purchasing like this fools product...called samsung
previously I had an issue with samsung J7 Pro bought it for 22,000/- on 21st august 2018 and same problem with that too but they have changed display thrice but still same problem with that mobile phone
but still i bought A50 s again same thing happened
so I SUGGEST everyone not to buy such a useless product
their is no proper service and they doesnt know how to treat the customer who spent around 60,000/-
and still asking me to pay for the display charges ......
you should respond for my opinion
and dont cheat others by taking money from innocent public
i have both the mobiles with me till today
next time i never go through samsung
and i suggest all my friends and relatives and public that not to buy this brand
