worst phone network issue and battery issues will start after 6 months

MohammadME, 19 Mar 2020Yep. It's related to battery life. The battery drains from 30% to all the way down to 12% overnight.Report the issue to them so they could fix it.

Anonymous, 19 Mar 2020Maybe they found a critical bug so they pulled the update? I think they will release it back soon.I have downloaded full OS10 and installed but the assistive menu cannot be moved to the edge as I have done before the update. Maybe they will update the version with bug free. Also another problem is OS10 blocked gesture function of Nova launcher and also I seen that the Nova backup folder name is not show after OS10 update. Nova says it's because of OS10 security becomes a littlr more strick than earlier OS version. I say don't install OS10 because it's not good, please wait for the fix and then update or be with OS9 that's still great to use.

Recieved android 10 and after downloading 70% it failed and disappeared completely. The device doesnt show any updates now as it still runs on the older version

I received android 10 update with one ui 2.0 on 16th march but when I checked yesterday it was gone!!! Few are already updated and using it, but for few it is gone. We were so excited for this update, can somebody please tell when we will receive the update again??

1 week ago I got this new phone. I set it and I saw that there is lot of unnecessary ... moreThe A50 discharges 2-3% overnight because of always on display, if you set it on tap to display the capacitive touchscreen will remain on, silently sucking battery juice.
Still you didn't give a discharge rate. If it is around 10% per hour for normal use it is normal, with mobile data it drains faster. When playing heavy games it drains much faster.

1 week ago I got this new phone. I set it and I saw that there is lot of unnecessary apps and features which i disable to make it more smooth and save battery.
I charged him from 0 to 100% and use , it was really fast draining, he drops really fast when it's use. Sometimes overnight 2-3% even if not used. [ WITH MY OLDER SAMSUNG PHONES EVEN AFTER 3YRS THAT IS NOT THE CASE].
It can handle the end of day but it is low. I had J6 before and he can handle more than that and not drain so fast...
I contact Samsung and they reccomend me to reset the phone because the update was not maybe correctly installed . I did that and I don't know yet. So I came here to see if there is problem... Maybe software error or is it just like that.

ultimatum, 15 Mar 2020My phone is not properly charging :( It charge TOO SLOWChange the charging cable (don't buy crap cables and expect fast charging), make sure you have fast charging on and don't use it while charging. This must fix issues.
