I cannot transfer photo's from Samsung galaxy A50 onto my desk top computer

I am writing this review with a lot of fratuation. This phone is nothing more than a bad phone, I have no trust in samsung. 20k is not a small amount, all features are failed. no touch, no finger print, customer support said liquid damage with swetting how funny it is. I sencierely request you dont buy this product.

Stephan, 02 Feb 2020After 3 months battery draining. Only 4 hours sot and finger print scanner lagging allways.Then you have a fake/defected unit. Take it to the nearest service center for repair.
